The eBay community is one of the largest Lithium communities by volume and memberships. However, their legacy experience didn't align to their brand standards, was difficult to navigate, wasn't mobile-ready, and inhibited the ability for users to interact with one another and be rewarded for participation.
Strategy lead, lead designer on Phase 1. This is an active project that requires identifying quick UX wins while ensuring a strategic focus for a long-term, scalable integrations with other systems.

Conducted user interviews, defined user journeys, delivered a usability heuristic assessment, and mapped out a delivery plan.
Created a wireframe-based clickable model using Invision to illustrate key interactions. Solicited community member feedback for value, effectiveness.
